Returns of General Merchandise
Stock items that have not been installed and still in their original packaging may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase subject to a 25% restocking charge. Showerheads will not be accepted for return if opened and installed. Showroom displays, toilet seats, discontinued or non-compliant products will not be accepted for return.
Special order items are subject to a 35% restocking charge. This charge may be waived or reduced only if a replacement order is placed. Shipping charges will apply. However, there are manufacturers that won’t accept special order returns in this case we cannot offer a refund.
Acceptable Products for Return
All products must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition. The original packaging must contain all items and parts that originally came with the item. Items returned with missing parts will be refused. Installed items may not be returned unless the product is proven to be defective.
Bay Plumbing Supply & Showroom must be notified about defective products within 14 days of receipt. Bay Plumbing will be happy to replace any defective product with a new product promptly. Bay Plumbing Supply assumes no responsibility for labor charges involved in replacing defective material.
If a product has failed under the manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer for immediate assistance. There are different policies for each manufacturer that must be honored to replace product. Bay Plumbing will inform you on what the manufacturer requests to honor the warranty.
You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped by the manufacturer. Once an item is shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If the order can be returned it is subject to a 25% restocking charge and shipping fees.
